Connect Modular Announced as Finalists at Herald Property Awards 2024

We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for not just one, but two of our affordable housing projects for this year’s prestigious The Herald Property Awards for Scotland!
Our 101 modular home development for Cunninghame Housing Association Ltd in Shortlees, Kilmarnock has been selected as a finalist in the “Affordable Housing Development of the Year” category. Additionally, our Afton Court development, completed for North Ayrshire Council, has been shortlisted in the “Best Regeneration” category.
We are looking forward to the awards ceremony next month and are thrilled to be recognised for our commitment to delivering outstanding affordable housing solutions and contributing to the regeneration of communities.
