Final Module Delivery to Kilmarnock for our 101 Home Affordable Housing Development

This week we celebrated a significant milestone, as we made the last delivery of modules from our manufacturing facility in Cumnock, to our101 home development in Shortlees, Kilmarnock.

The sixteen modules that left the factory this week will make up the final 4 houses of this flagship affordable housing project for Cunninghame Housing Association Ltd.

This project is our largest to date, and is on track to be completed significantly ahead of schedule.

The flawless coordination between our factory and site teams demonstrates the efficiency of modular construction, which operates like clockwork. Both teams are pictured below with the final module of the delivery.
