Green Housing Award Win at the Herald Property for Scotland Awards

We were thrilled to receive a commendation award in the Green Housing Category at the Herald Property Awards for Scotland 2022.
The award recognises our 63-home affordable modular housing development in Dundonald, which is nearing completion.
The Green Housing Award is a new category for this year, honouring those who have already begun the journey towards a net zero future, delivering a product which is ready for the future challenges.
The judges felt that modular construction is definitely the most sustainable route to take! So that’s a win for us, and a win for our modern method of construction!
