Nurturing the talent and potential of our apprentices is a key facet of our organisational philosophy, promoting both young careers and economic regeneration in the Cumnock area, where our manufacturing facility is located. In our factory and on-site, we provide an ideal setting for apprentices to absorb knowledge and gain practical experience from our highly skilled and experienced workforce. Currently, we take great pride in nurturing a number of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-year joinery apprentices within our facility.
