In September 2019 Connect Modular was appointed to deliver 8 modular build, period style villas at the award winning Chapelton residential development on the west coast of Scotland for Hope Homes.
A critical design factor was to ensure these villas, named The Keel and The Ketch, blend in seamlessly with the rest of Hope Homes’ development, which is a stunning example of new build in a traditional Scottish style.
Internally, The Keel and The Ketch house types have an open plan dining/kitchen/living area as well as a laundry area and bi-fold doors leading to own rear garden.
The two bedroom villas feature painted, cast window surrounds, decorative chimneys and a block and render finish making them indistinguishable from their traditionally constructed counterparts.
