Connect Modular Hosts Factory Tour for Members of Scotland’s Housing Network

On January 25th we welcomed guests from The City of Edinburgh Council, South of Scotland Enterprise, Dumfries and Galloway Council & Scottish Borders Council who were eager to see our innovative modular construction process in action.
Organised through Scotland’s Housing Network, the tour began in Connect Modular’s 120,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Cumnock and ended on site in Shortlees, Kilmarnock where we are currently delivering 101 affordable homes for Cunninghame Housing Association.
Feedback from the visit has been excellent, with all parties thoroughly impressed by the quality and precision of the affordable modular homes we are manufacturing.
